Claremont Pensions Limited
Claremont Pensions, based in Bristol, provides legal advice on pension matters. We also run a trustee company, Claremont Pension Trustees Limited, that can act as an independent professional trustee for any type of trust-based pension scheme.
Claremont Pensions is an owner-managed business. It was established in 1999 by Tony Jordan, a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, and Bridget Old, a solicitor and also a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, with, between us, over fifty years’ experience in the complex, dynamic and highly specialised field of pensions. We work together with our clients and their other advisers to provide practical advice to meet their business needs.
We mainly act for firms of solicitors which do not want the expense of running an in-house specialist pension department or where supplementary resources are needed from time to time. We also maintain our own direct portfolio of trustee and employer clients, as well as advising other professional firms such as financial advisers, accountants and consultancies. We supply training services as required by our clients.
Claremont Pensions Limited understands the importance of protecting our own computer systems and that of our clients against damage to hardware, theft of data, or misuse of electronic operations. Claremont Pensions Limited has obtained the Cyber Essentials Certificate of Assurance which confirms compliance with the Cyber Essentials Scheme – the government-backed industry-supported scheme to protect against online threats.
